Use the LG Dare (VX-9700) with Metro PCS. The Metro PCS flashed LG Dare VX-9700 is a touch screen cell phone formerly available in the United States. The phone features a 3.2 Megapixel camera on the underside, a 3.0" TFT touch screen that does not support multi-touch input. The phone only works on CDMA networks and features support for EVDO Rev-A 3G coverage in the USA. An HTML browser is included although Flash support is not possible at this time. The device is thinner than a deck of cards and slightly larger than a business card. The expandable memory features a microSD slot allowing music, movies, and pictures to be stored and easily transferred from a PC or via the include standardized mini-USB cable that also functions as a charger when connected to a powered USB hub. The Dare does not have the ability to download applications unless specifically programmed to work for the devices. MP3 ringtones are supported and can be created on a PC an transferred to the phone. The media player will play unprotected (non-DRM) AAC and MP3 files, however iTunes syncing is not natively supported by hardware or software and a third party application would be needed for automatic synchronization.
